Our no return policy

 We are an artisan shop, all products with the exception of the group “reasonable priced” collars are made to order,  all sales are normally final. We accept exchanges on items that are unworn, and in new condition when returned within 3 day’s of arrival at the customers address  according to the tracking , for  STORE CREDIT  or exchange for a different size or product.

We give cash credit, If a product is faulty, faulty means a production error or material problem.
 

The dog collar's Staff reserves the right to make the judgment concerning the conditions of the items and the decision to reimburse or exchange or refund.
 

Our products, with the exception of the (reasonable priced dog collars) are made to order, We spend much time ensuring that the item you are purchasing is the perfect one for your pet. We try to be as fair as possible while still providing excellent customer service, Please remember that our best advice is based on your satisfaction coupled with your pet’s comfort in mind.

How to make exchanges?

Include the original invoice (or copy) and state the reasons for your return and instructions about the exchange for example, for example, “Need bigger/smaller size.”

Please ship your return using a tracking method for the package. We are not responsible for packages not shipped by “ The dog collar .”

Please note: Shipping fees will be charged to you to cover the cost of the exchange. For international exchanges you are responsible for the total cost of re-shipping the new merchandise.

How long before my credit  is refunded

Your  will be credited by check or your pay pal account will be refunded  within 3-5 business days after reception of your package minus any re-shipping charges once your return is accepted following directions from the staff of THE DOG COLLAR
Shipping guidelines

We ship orders as they arrive in the most expeditious manner. Custom orders usually ship within 48 hrs, but we generally can give you an idea of the time frame when your order is placed. Custom or special orders are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses. UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required.

Domestic shipping methods

We ship all domestic orders via UPS or via U.S. Postal Service. We normally ship within 48 hours .
If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately
We are not responsible for refusal of packages. Tracking is available on all UPS and U.S. Postal Service packages.

International shipping

Shipping to the UK can take 2 - 3 weeks if you need it faster ask for priority mail for an extra fee.


International shipping depends on the weight of the package and the shipping location. Shipping costs are shown on the checkout screen of the website. If an order is placed Monday-Thursday before 3 pm EST, the order will be shipping  within 48 hrs , excluding holidays.

We ship our international orders via  US Postal Service.
